The problem with a hectic work schedule is that it does not open you up to deal with things such as friends, family, or even cleaning your home. Write up a schedule, and how you intend to tackle the coming days

Some might not see the advantages of putting a plan into writing, as it does not change the responsibilities you have to deal with. However, too many people underestimate the power of writing up a plan of attack, as it can help you brace yourself mentally for the coming days. While it might seem insurmountable at first, putting your schedule into writing can help you organize your thoughts, making it much easier to figure out what you have to do next. Even if you might have a hectic schedule, writing things down will undoubtedly prove to be a boon when it comes to fighting stress and anxiety.
